Crossing of Colerain is a 90,912-square-foot retail shopping center in Cincinnati’s Colerain trade area. Located along heavily traveled Colerain Avenue with convenient access from Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway, the center was repositioned from 7% occupancy to full occupancy through anchor-space demising, exterior renovations, and outparcel development.
